The chief Dominique BRIQUET, member  of the Academy of Taste and Culinary Traditions of Savoy, has obtained the title of « Maître Restaurateur ».
Passionate about his job, he continues to improve at prestigious schools such as the Ecole Lenotre, the Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie.
Dominique BRIQUET’s cuisine is based on mountain and lake products, herbs and flowers.
He pays particular attention to products which are mostly homemade.
The menu changes according to seasonal products.
